The job usually goes to whoever answers first.
Most small businesses don't lose work because their price is wrong. They lose it because nobody picked up. It will not guess a price
If the answer is not in your own information, it says so out loud and books a callback — rather than inventing a number a customer can hold you to.
A quote never goes out without you
You build the quote and you send it. Nothing with a price and your name on it leaves without you, and that does not change.
STOP is instant, and platform-wide
Text STOP and the texts, follow-ups and marketing stop straight away — not from you, and not from anyone else on the platform. Only emails about a booking they have already made can still reach them. Marketing consent is asked separately and never blocks a booking.
It will not cold-call for you
If someone needs a phone call it puts them at the top of your callback list rather than dialling them itself. Follow-up texts keep sensible hours and never go out on Sundays or public holidays.
It is not for everyone
